All customization is done by laser engraving. Customized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review and proof your design carefully before submitting your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted, and all sales are final. By submitting your order, you have agreed to and understand MyBevi’s customization policy as stated below and accept these terms and conditions.

MyBevi will review all consumer designs to determine if they are unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, and are not connected to any political affiliations or candidates. Submitted designs may not infringe on any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to professional or collegiate licensed logos or phrasings). We will contact you if there is an issue with your design.

All custom MyBevi orders ship via FedEx. PO Box shipping addresses are not accepted for custom orders.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for coupon code use.

The design shown is intended to be an approximate representation of the finished product. All designs must fit within a template for the product ordered, and your custom design will be properly sized to fit within the template area. Slight variations in the placement and size of designs may occur from what is visible in the design preview that is available as you design your product, as well as the enhanced clickable image available after your product is added to your cart.
