Returns for Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs for products purchased directly through our website that are unwanted, or ordered in error. This includes incompatible replacement parts ordered in error. Please be sure to include your packing list with your return and note that you are requesting a refund for the returned item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received: new, unused and in any original packaging (gift box, merchandising wrap etc.). You’ll also need proof of purchase to be included with your return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mybevi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will receive an email notification for the refund. Original and return shipping costs are non refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Products purchased outside of the MyBevi shop should be returned to the place of purchase (retailer return policies will apply). MyBevi cannot accept returns on items that were not purchased directly through our online store at www.mybevi.com.

SHIPPING DAMAGE – DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING: If you purchased your product directly through our website, and you received your product(s) damaged, please return your product immediately for a refund or exchange. Refund and exchange requests on products purchased through our website that are claimed to have been received damaged, but are in used condition, will not be accepted. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for products purchased directly through our company that are received damaged and are returned unused.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: MyBevi cannot assume responsibility for packages that are suspected to be stolen after being confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your order ships and you are provided a tracking number, and your package never arrives (your tracking information states that the order has shipped, and has been picked up by the carrier, but the tracking information does not update beyond that point), we will reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue and request a refund on your behalf, as your package would be considered lost under these circumstances. Please visit our Contact Us page to let us know about any issues.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT: It is the consumers responsibility to ensure they are entering the shipping address correctly when placing an order on mybevi.com. MyBevi will ship all orders to the exact address provided by the purchaser at the time of checkout. Orders are processed quickly, so if you have entered an incorrect address at checkout, you must contact us ASAP to request a change to your delivery address before your order is processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is not possible to make any edits to the shipping address and the package will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer at the time of checkout. MyBevi will not provide a refund for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to the consumers error in providing an incorrect shipping address at the time of checkout.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the MyBevi product you really want is to return the unwanted item you have, and make a separate purchase for your new item once we have accepted your return request. To start an exchange request, please contact us at support@mybevi.com
