All MyBevi, Quench Hydration and Savor premium drink ware branded products are carefully constructed with the highest quality materials available, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, which is why we guarantee our products with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused due to user error such as accidental drops resulting in dents, scratches, paint chipping and breakage of plastic components. Please take a moment to review the manufacturing defects that your MyBevi, Quench or Savor product is protected against, as well as the wear and tear type damages that are not covered by our warranty policy.

WEAR & TEAR - DAMAGES: Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty: Wear and tear includes but is not limited to: scratches, dents, paint chipping and other damage caused by accidental drops and other user errors (to either the tumbler body or lid). Other factors not covered under warranty include improper/misuse of your product, damage caused by improper cleaning including dish washing a hand wash only/hand wash recommended product, alteration of the product (including disassembly of any product component) and product abuse. Never hand wash your product with a detergent that contains bleach, chlorine or other abrasive detergents, as this will damage the product finish. Only use soft bristle cleaning brushes to clean your product, as it is possible that a cleaning brush with rough bristles can also damage your product.

**HAND WASHING IS RECOMMENDED FOR ALL MYBEVI PRODUCTS INCLUDING LIDS**

REPLACEMENT PARTS: Always be sure you are ordering the correct replacement part (including lids and gaskets) before completing your order. The product(s) each replacement part is compatible with is listed in the description for each replacement part. Never order a replacement lid or gasket if you are unsure it will be compatible with your product. If you are in doubt, please reach out to us via email at support@mybevi.com before placing your order. Consumers will be responsible for original and return shipping costs for replacement parts that are ordered incorrectly or in error.

BROKEN LIDS: Plastic lids can become damaged due to accidental drops by the user. Our lids are durable, but not unbreakable. Lid damage caused by drops and other user error is not covered under warranty. Hand washing of all lid styles is necessary. Replacement lids can be obtained through the Replacement Parts section of our store. If you discover your lid is damaged before you have used your product, please return your product to the place of purchase for an exchange.

LEAKING LIDS: If you are experiencing leaking at the point where your lid meets the body of your product, please check to ensure the lid has been properly secured. Damaged or missing silicone gaskets in your lid could be causing a leaking issue as well. Please be sure to always check your product’s lid before the first use. We do recommend hand washing all of our product’s lids to ensure no damage is caused to the lid and or gasket from high water temperatures in dish washing machines.

SHIPPING DAMAGE – DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING: If you purchased your product directly through our website, and you receive the product damaged, please return your product immediately for a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges on products purchased through our website are not offered on products that have been used. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for products purchased directly through our company that are received damaged and are returned unused.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: MyBevi cannot assume responsibility for packages that are suspected to be stolen after being confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your order ships and you are provided a tracking number, and your package never arrives (your tracking information states that the order has shipped, and has been picked up by the carrier, but the tracking information does not update beyond that point), we will reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue and request a refund on your behalf, as your package would be considered lost under these circumstances. SHIPMENT RETURNED TO MYBEVI (INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS ETC.): If your shipment is returned to MyBevi's warehouse due to an insufficient, incomplete or incorrect/unable to forward address etc. entered at checkout, you will be refunded for the cost of the products ordered only. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund processed for orders that are returned to MyBevi (the sender).

RETURNS: The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs for products purchased directly through our website that are unwanted. This includes incorrect replacement parts ordered in error. Please include your packing slip with your return, and note that you are requesting a refund on the packing slip. Products returned for a refund must be in new, unused and undamaged condition to receive a refund. Only products purchased directly through the MyBevi website can be returned for a refund. Products purchased outside of the MyBevi website should be returned to the place of purchase (retailer return policies will apply). Upon receipt of your new/unused and undamaged product return, a refund for the cost of the product(s) purchased will be made to the original form of payment. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

CLAIMS: Shipping information for warranty claims: Consumers are responsible for return shipping charges on any factory warranty defect claim. If it is determined upon our review of your product once your warranty return is received that there was in fact a manufacturer defect, we will send out a replacement product to you at no charge. Note: If the exact same replacement product is unavailable (ex. same color or product size is not currently available), we will provide a comparable replacement product of the same or greater value. Warranty claim products should be sent to the Returns Department address provided above in the Returns section of our warranty information. *Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your replacement product.
