All customization is done by laser engraving. Customized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review and proof your design carefully before submitting your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted, and all sales are final. MyBevi will review all consumer designs to determine if they are unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, and are not connected to any political affiliations or candidates. Submitted designs may not infringe on any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to professional or collegiate licensed logos or phrasings). We will contact you if there is an issue with your design.

All custom MyBevi orders ship via FedEx. PO Box shipping addresses are not accepted for custom orders.

I like the idea of a custom message, however, it is such small print, you really cannot see it unless you are 7 inches away from it. Disappointing. Make fonts available in larger sizes.I still love the cup.

Love my Outlander

Sturdy mug made with high quality materials. Colors are bright, attractive, and very resilient. All components are stain resistant. Surprised at how much I like the handle, which most travel mugs are lacking. Straw and lid are easy to clean.
