MYBEVI LASER ENGRAVING CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
All customization is done by laser engraving. Customized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review and proof your design carefully before submitting your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted, and all sales are final. By submitting your order, you have agreed to and understand MyBevi’s customization policy as stated below and accept these terms and conditions.
MyBevi will review all consumer designs to determine if they are unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, and are not connected to any political affiliations or candidates. Submitted designs may not infringe on any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to professional or collegiate licensed logos or phrasings). We will contact you if there is an issue with your design.
All custom MyBevi orders ship via FedEx. PO Box shipping addresses are not accepted for custom orders.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for coupon code use.
The design shown is intended to be an approximate representation of the finished product. Love the tumbler and the new upgraded top however I ordered extra tops that were clearly labeled for the Hollywood and they didn't fit at all. When I tried to reach out to the customer service agent I was in touch with - due to the slowness of receiving my full order, to let him know that the tops didn't fit, he did not respond. So I have paid for 2 tops plus tax and shipping and can't use them. So thumbs dodwn on trying to return or refund, positive on the customized Black Rhinestone Hollywood tumbler with a message, which I had added to the cup - and probably contributed to the shipping delay. Leave yourself enough time - 2-4 weeks to receive your order (ugh!). The good news was that I gave to a recent nursing school graduate and she LOVED IT!!! The message on the tumbler said, "She thought she could so she did", it was a Great gift. Just don't expect to get a response about receiving the wrong item, being reimbursed for a wrong item or being able to return it.
I like my cup, but I did not appreciate you sending a black widow spider (the size of a quarter) with my order. I opened the box and took the boxed cup out and cared the box with the paper still in it. I took the paper out so I could break the box down. Leo and behold to my surprise was a black widow spider 🕷️
The products I purchased are excellent.. I went on line looking for a replacement lid for my tumbler that I already had and came across your company. The lid was exactly what I needed. While looking at your products I came across the cancer awareness symbol so I ordered the tumbler. It looks beautiful. Thank you!
