Great Cup, Crappy quality control

I've had a few of these exact cups over the years, and I love them. They keep coffee hot till noon. This latest order came with a big dent in the side. Disappointing...

The best I've ever had

I have been buying these tumblers since 2009 as gifts and they are amazing. They will keep a drink that is poured cold over ice cold for 24 hours with the lid closed. Similar performance for hot drinks. I always have one with me. I highly recommend!
