Purchased lid too big

I actually bought the lid to replace the lid on a cup that I broke but it does not fit. It's too big sent an email regarding this, but I've heard nothing.

Love my Bevi cup

I am so happy I was able to replace my lid as it was my favorite cup to keep my ice coffee cold. The little tab you slide to open and close, the two little tabs that hold it in place broke off.

Replacement lid

I ordered two lids for my screw on cup.
The one was Fantastic! I went to use the other today and it doesn't want to screw on. It's like its oblonged or something
