Product, good. Service, unacceptable.

Placed my order expecting 15% offer i received in exchange for my email address. I gave my email address, they sent the coupon but it wouldn't work. I emailed immediately after order placement expecting a resolution but by the time they emailed back to say the coupon didnt apply, they already took the undiscounted dollar amount from my babk account. I am pleased with the product but will not order from this company again. Had they replied as quickly as they took the payment, I would have canceled order.

Love these tumblers!

For many years, I purchased the travel mugs from a popular coffee place and loved them. When the local place quit selling them, I turned to the internet to search for the same kind of mugs. I have found here at mybevi! I take it to work and it keeps my coffee hot all day. I use a second one for ice water and there is always ice remaining in the cup by days end. I love the slide lock lids with the ring. It can make carrying it so much easier when I have my hands full. These mugs are worth every dollar spent!
