Bought my stainless cup the week before Covid hit town. Drink out of it every all day every day. But the tumbler tumbled off of the side of the truck and landed on the drinking edge of the lid. It actually handled the fall fairly well considering, and though it was ugly, it was still capable of being used. Because I received the cup from a business it didn't establish MyBevi so it took a bit of searching, but it paid off. I like this cup better than the Yeti's around the house because it was a bit less expensive & every bit as effective. The hitch is to get yhe replacement parts straight from MyBevi on line. Most problems in reviews come from 3rd party situations. It took about 1 wk for the items to come in and It's all as good as new @ much less expense than I anticipated. For me that makes the consistency if the brand investment that much mire satisfactory. A few extra gasket rings were worth the price when being shipped with the lid. Now I've got no down time when one breaks. I've been 3 years cleaning the first one without issue.
