Unusable without gasket

Bought these two replacement lids and they were unusable without the gasket, they will leak everywhere. Tried contacting Customer Service to find out what gaskets that are needed being it is not stated on their website and never got a response.

Replacement lid is great!

So somehow the lid lost the air control piece in the center ... so happy to be able to order just a replacement lid since the tumbler is still going strong. If you need one, buy it!

This lid is very easy to drink from. I like that it fits the cup so well.
