I got my cup as a Christmas gift yesterday and I am drinking some tea out of it today, I made this tea 2+ hours ago and it is still piping hot. I honestly expected it to be cold when I went to take a sip and was pleasantly surprised. This is hands down going to be my go to cup for my coffee and other hot beverages. I can honestly say that I am a happy customer.

I ordered two cups and the company accidentally sent me their new water cup instead of this cup. The water cup is really nice and similar shape to the one I ordered. I really liked the way it felt when holding it. I reached out to customer service and in less than an half and hour I got a response. I was able to send them a photo of the item sent and it was immediately taken care of. They even gifted the water cup to me for accidentally sending it. I had already reordered the original cup to try and get it by Christmas as well as another because I was so impressed by what I had been sent. Without me asking he corrected my order made the cup I hadn’t receive free in my order. He made sure they sent out my correct cup the next day and I received it in time for a Christmas gift. I was so impressed by their customer service you have a life long customer! Thank you Nate!! They arrived today while writing the review. What wonderful cups! I love the shape . The flat sides make it easy to hold. I have a MyBevi cup from 10 years ago I still use today. I have others but they never worked as well as MyBevi cup. It has held up so well that when my husband wanted to buy me a coffee cup for Christmas there was only one place I wanted to order from. My older cup has the wide slide and I love it because it’s easy to clean and removable. The new cup has the wide sliding top as well. I know my cup has held up so wonderfully for at least 10 years. I expect the same from my new cups. My husband did order a Yeti cup while I secretly ordered him a MyBevi cup for Christmas. The funny thing was he didn’t feel it kept his coffee hot for long enough and their customer service never got back to him. I can’t wait to gift him this coffee cup Christmas Morning. He is going to be thrilled. Thank you for everything. This company is the best.
I have used these cups for years. When my husband asked which cup to get me for Christmas and he suggested something other than a MyBevi cup I said no. I ordered this one for myself and another for him. He got his Yeti cup and the first day told me it wasn’t staying hot long enough. Mine came and I was overjoyed with style, color and design. It is easy to hold and the loop on the cup is a bonus because my other one didn’t have this. 10/10 and when I received my cup I ordered 2 more. The deal was too good to pass up.
