At MyBevi, we create exceptionally made products that are covered against manufacturers defects. If you feel your product is defective and would like to make a claim, please visit our Warranty page for more information.

Our superior triple layer insulation provides the highest available quality vacuum insulation technology. This means that you can depend on your MyBevi product to keep your drinks hotter, colder and fresher longer than the competition!

Can I order personalized MyBevi products?
Yes! You can visit the CUSTOM section to personalize many MyBevi products with laser engraving. CORPORATE ORDERS: If you would like to order a bulk quantity of any of our customizable items with a company or corporate logo, please inquire at sales@mybevi.com for a detailed quote.
What materials are used in MyBevi products?
Since we started in 1998, we have used 18/8-304 premium food grade stainless steel in all of our vacuum insulated products. All of the materials used in the construction of our family of products are free of BPA and other harmful substances, and are Prop 65 compliant.
Product Care
Is my product dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing for all of our products, including their lids. Be sure to check and follow the care instructions that came with your product to ensure proper care.
How should I properly clean MyBevi?
Hand wash all parts using warm soapy water and bottle/dish brush. Use only mild soaps that do not contain bleach or chlorine. Gaskets from most lids can be removed and soaked in a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water before cleaning with warm soapy water. Be sure all parts have fully air dried after each cleaning.
Can I put my product in the freezer?
You should never put your MyBevi product in the freezer. Freezing your product can damage the vacuum insulation and cause other damages to the walls of your product. Fortunately, the maximum temperature retention provided by our superior insulation technology means your beverages will stay cold for hours!
Orders, Shipping and Returns
I received a damaged or incorrect product in my mybevi.com order. How can I make a return?
If your order from mybevi.com arrived with a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer service team using our Contact Us page.
*Only new, unused products with their original packaging ordered through www.mybevi.com are eligible. Products purchased through other online retailers outside of mybevi.com need to be returned through the original point of sale. Products purchased at a retail location should be returned to the place of purchase.
How can I return an unwanted item?
If you wish to return an unwanted item purchased directly through www.mybevi.com, it can be returned for a refund. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. Learn more in the Returns section of our Warranty Policy.
I suspect my package was stolen.
MyBevi cannot assume responsibility for packages suspected stolen after being confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
I believe my package was delivered to the wrong address.
Orders are shipped to the exact address entered when you check out, and are never altered by MyBevi. Be sure to double check your address information is correct before placing your order. MyBevi cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Please contact the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
Does MyBevi offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping inside of the US only. If you have questions or special requests, please contact us here.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been processed. Please contact us here with any questions about your order.
