Canteen Lid

I lost the O-Ring on my Canteen lid, so I called in for a new one. The new one is much better with the little swivel handle. I like it better than the original. Very happy with the service and product.

Excellent. I did not know what to expect.

My original lid required a new seal. I was unable to find a replacement. The mybevi rep was NOT helpful. The response I received was simply, "We do not offer the seal as a replacement item." I purchased the carry handle lid knowing I could switch the seal to my current lid. $5 including shipping was a reasonable price. I like the carry handle lid more than I ever thought I would. It is now my everyday lid of choice. 5 stars for the lid. 3 stars for the customer service.
