I had this same tumbler in stainless steel for many years and loved it, but recently lost the top. It is a great design and I was happy to find it again on line at mybevi. I gave the product a five star due to my prior experience but, suggest mybevi check their products from China more closely as the "SAVOR" logo is noticeably not level. This doe's not affect it's use and is not worth a return.
It does not keep soda as cold as my old one. Also the opening is smaller and does not allow pouring in without removing lid. I like the ring. Am back to using my old one.
I requested the replacement lid with the belief it would solve the problem I have with the present lid to close and not leak. The replacement leaks as bad as the original. If this is by design why have a closure on the lid?
We recently bought one of the travel mugs at Marshalls, it was the only one they had, checked TJMaxx and Home Goods but couldn't find another one so ordered online, online process was easy enough but are waiting on delivery. I chose two day delivery, ordered on 3 May, today is 7 May and haven't seen the mugs yet. Hopefully they will get here. We already know they are great.
I dropped and broke the lid to my stainless steel tumbler and was really disappointed until I found the replacement lid from mybevi. It's exactly like the one I had in which I really like the carry ring. If I had held my other one that way, I would not have dropped it. Stupid me! Now I have 3 replacements!!! Reasonable price, and quick delivery!
