MYBEVI LASER ENGRAVING CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
All customization is done by laser engraving. Customized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review and proof your design carefully before submitting your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted, and all sales are final. By submitting your order, you have agreed to and understand MyBevi’s customization policy as stated below, and accept these terms and conditions.
MyBevi will review all customer uploaded designs, logos and/or art to determine if the uploaded design is unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, and is not connected to any political affiliations or candidates. Submitted designs may not infringe on any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to professional or collegiate licensed logos or phrasings). Please make sure your logo is Vector based in either .ai, .eps or .pdf file format. We will do our best to convert logos to the proper file type needed, but not all file types are acceptable for laser etching. We will contact you if there is an issue with your uploaded logo/design.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for coupon code use.
The design shown is intended to be an approximate representation of the finished product. Placement and size of the design is approximate to help demonstrate the overall look of the finished piece, and is not intended to be an exact representation. Slight variations in the placement of designs may occur.
