Ran into an issue with my order when one of the 2 lids I ordered arrived without a rubber sealing gasket. I contacted customer service and they addressed the concern within a couple days. Very pleased with how they handled it.

My old lid lasted a year. The lid got stuck I forced it and broke it. Them my favorite coffee mug was useless. Kept coffee hot a good 5 hours. I saw this replacement online. Gave it a shot. The lid screws on tight did not leak and I can carry it with one finger with the loop. Love it!
